Fee Payment

1. Full tuition fee compulsion before our service begins
2. Full tuition fee is recommended at the time of registration

Refund and Cancellation

1. Once the registration and fee is paid there will be no refund and cancellation. This implies any purchase or subscription made for our services, it is considered final and no cancellations will be accepted. By completing a transaction with us, you agreed to these terms and understand that all sales are final.

Online Class attendance

1. Regular attendance in online class is crucial
2. Missed classes are your responsibility; there will be no online class repetition. 

Conduct

1. Respectful behavior with the teacher, classmates and management is mandatory.
2. Disrespectful or Disruptive behavior may lead to expulsion from the course without fee refund.

Materials and Intellectual property

1. Course materials is explicitly for personal use only
2. TS reserves all rights to materials and contents

Changes in Course Schedule Time

1. Once you have had registered and enrolled for a course schedule time, the new scheduled time cannot be changed.

Liability

1. We are not responsible for any personal injury or loss of property
2. You are totally responsible for your safety during personal activities

Termination of enrolment

1. Your enrolment may be terminated for noncompliance or misbehavior with terms or other necessary reasons

Products and Services

1. TS reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, discontinue or terminate the Services of the app, or reject any or all entries/ blogs/ comments/ answers/ points/ coins at their absolute discretion without giving any prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever and without any liability to the User.
2. User shall be responsible for use of the services and applications, for any entries/ posts/ blog/ comments/ answers/ points/ coins that he/she uploads/makes, and for any consequences arising thereof. The User agrees that he/she shall use the services and applications in accordance with all laws, rules and regulations, as applicable from time to time, including without limitation IT laws and laws relating to unfair competition, antidiscrimination, false advertising and defamation. The User further agrees that the usage of app by the User shall not violate any third party rights including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, Right of Privacy and Right of Publicity. In addition to above, the User agrees that User shall not use the application, in order to transmit, distribute, store or destroy material, including without limitation TS’s content, and that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, abusive or hateful. Any violation of any of the foregoing, including the terms and conditions mentioned herein shall result in immediate termination of this Agreement, Moreover, AGET reserves the right to seek damages from any such User to the extent permitted by law.

Confidentiality

1. User shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and passwords. The User shall be solely responsible for all activities happening under his/her Username whether authorized or not. User agrees to immediately notify AGET of any unauthorized use of your Account and Password.

Governing Law

1. Governed under the law and order of India
2. All the disputes are subject to Hyderabad jurisdiction only
